3. Our content and intellectual property
The text, structure, illustrations, visual identity, photographs and design of this website belong to Designful or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may share links to any page and quote short extracts with a clear reference to Designful. Any other copying, reproduction, adaptation or publication of substantial parts of the content or visual system needs our written permission.
4. Client names and logos
Client names, logos and project references remain the property of their owners and are shown with their permission to describe our work. Their presence does not mean the client endorses this website.
5. No client relationship or advice
The website describes our services in general terms. Browsing it or sending us a message does not create a client relationship. Our work is always governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or contract, which sets out the scope, fees, timing, confidentiality, intellectual property and payment terms.
Content on the website, including articles in our journal, is for general information and is not professional advice for your specific situation.
6. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or free of interruptions or errors. We may change or remove content at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Designful is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of this website or from relying on its content, or for temporary unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct.
8. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We have no control over their content or practices and are not responsible for them.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute about the website is handled by the competent courts of the judicial district of Designful’s registered office, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version on this page always applies. Questions? Email hello@designful.be.
