We don't start from the interface. We start from how people actually think, work and decide — then build the logic up from there. By the time anything gets designed or developed, it has a reason to exist.

User interviews, workflow mapping, observation. We find where the current product or process clashes with reality — before anyone sketches a screen.

Flows, roles, handovers, data, edge cases. We map the system underneath so structural confusion gets fixed on paper, where it's cheap, not in code, where it isn't.
